The Brief

1 Denison, is North Sydney’s largest and smartest commercial building.

We were tasked with creating the name, branding, positioning statement, print collateral, website, app, hoarding and brand film for this iconic new development.


The Challenge

We needed to help sell the building. Which meant telling two stories simultaneously. One to sell the magic of the building and it’s location. 
The other to communicate the hard facts.

All whilst, a competitor building was being built right next door.

Strategic Insight

The buidling presented a powerful connective space between the public domain and the private world of the workplace. The ground floor is a premium destination for social interaction; a lively, centralised focal hub luring visitors from surrounding laneways. With 32 floors of commercial leasing above, this stylish building will transform the North Sydney horizon.


The Solution

Make the work about connection. Laneways, energy flow, light flow 
and the way people would move seemlessly around the space.

The design work and language became about the continuous line that surrounded and framed the imagery and continued through the custom typeface.
